A girls irst menstrual period which is a sign that she has started ovulaion, pregnancy is biologically possible but ovulaion/menstruaion are oten irregular: boys: Growth of the testes, iniial pubic hair growth, growth of the penis, irst ejaculaion of seminal luid (spermarche), appearance of facial hair, peak growth spurt, deepening of the voice and inal pubic hair growth. A boy"s irst ejaculaion of sperm, erecions can occur as early as infancy but ejaculaion is a signal of sperm producion, can also occur during sleep as a wet dream or by direct simulaion.
