The explanations that we generate for people"s behavior, and they can be proved according to the following: Locus of causality: internal causation: does the cause come from within the person, external causation: the cause comes from outside the person, something in the situation. Stability of cause: stable: the cause is always there, unstable: it varies over time, sometimes it is there, and sometimes it is not. Ted says dude, i totally guessed on every question . Stacy says that exam was so easy, what a joke (could be unstable, depending on the course, exam ease etc )
