Three stages of the will: it is immediate (abstract right) Its concept (personality) is abstract but its existence is immediate: it is reflected into itself (morality) Reflected from its external existence into itself. The right of the subjectvie will in relation to the right of the world (62) the sphere of morality: the unity and truth of the former two abstract moments" = ethical life. The idea in its universal existence in and for itself" (62) The ethical life: 3 components: the family (natural spirit) Held together only by a bond of mutual need (64: civil society (division and appearance, the state (as a source of freedom) Reveals itself through interaction / relationship between spirits, whose right is supreme.
