Know who you are and what you stand for (affects how you lead others) People would much rather follow someone who they can count on even with disagreeing viewpoints. Perception of ourselves as how others see us (i. e. looking at yourself in the mirror to get a different view of yourself) You can also learn things about yourself that you have not considered your strong suit. E. g. others might see you as creative with your ideas which you do not expect of yourself. Self inquiry & reflection; assessing yourself using assessment quiz scores. Assess various aspects of yourself to increase your understanding of yourself. Regularly examining yourself to reflect on your thoughts and feelings about people, experiences, and events.
