Communication is a two way street that includes asking questions, seeking feedback, paying attention to the nonverbal communication of others and active listening. Manager communication: the process by which information is exchanged and understood by two or more people, usually with the intent to influence or motivate people. A model of communication: many people think communication is simple and natural. Human communication is very complex and prone to misunderstanding. Communication is not just sharing information, its sharing information in a planned way. Communication is cyclical: encoding and decoding can sometimes cause communication errors.
