Communication is a shared or common meaning in another person. Interpersonal communication occurs between two or more people in an organization: examples: reading, listening, managing and interpreting information, and serving clients. Interpersonal communication is key to social support for preventive stress management, central to health and well being. Perceptual screens windows through which we interact with people in the world the screens influence quality, accuracy and clarity of the message. The screens influence whether the message sent and received are the same or whether noise or distortion occurs in transmission. Perceptual screens are composed of the senders and receivers individual traits age, values, gender, cultural influences, experiences. Message contains the thoughts and feelings that the sender intends to evoke in the receiver. Feedback may or may not be activated in the model. Information is data with meaning to a person. Data uninterpreted, unanalyzed elements of a message.
