Marketing 300 study guide exam i 2010. The exam will consist of approximately 50 multiple choice questions and take about 45 minutes to complete. No extra time will be given to those who arrive late. Bring a #2 pencil and eraser and your student id (preferred) or other picture id. No notes, books or other study guides are allowed in the exam. You may bring a calculator, however cell phone calculators are not allowed. Please note that in the event of a school closing- the exam will be given in the next scheduled class period. Be able to recognize the definition of marketing. Know the difference between micro and macro marketing. Be able to recognize the micro/macro marketing dilemma. Know the 5 eras of marketing and examples of each. Know the following definitions: economies of scale, marketing and customer value. Be able to identify and recognize examples of the universal functions of marketing.
