Document Summary

Mr. katz and i"s goals for this negotiation with collins landscaping pertained to the quality of performance and the time payments will be made to collins. Collins and i established the expected outcomes and condition of satisfaction in order to ensure that the services rendered are acceptable and to remove any ambiguity on the quality of performance. This is also aligned with mr. katz"s desires. During negotiations with collins landscaping, i defined our relationship as an independent contractor, which is fiscally beneficial for sterling management. I also established the proper work week and work hours as well as holidays. I agreed to a deposit as collins is a start-up and if we have provided adequate cash influx, they can easily begin services. We negotiated 25% of each individual service and i believe that was a fair and reasonable amount both fiscally and based on industry standards. Landscaping will match the payments made to them.
