Document Summary
The service agreement mansha and i created was both fair and beneficial to both parties. We ensured the terms to the agreement were specific and thorough. Prior to negotiating, mansha created an outline of the contract that would cover topics to discuss. While the price of the job is agreed upon, standards of service, time of payment and dispute resolution needed to be detailed. I believe outlining the contract and taking notes as we negotiate made the deal clear and comprehensible for both of us. I had created a spreadsheet to illustrate the time it would take to complete the job and how the different aspects of the job would overlap. I had also created a projection of a payment application that we would use to record the process made after the first two weeks of starting the job. The payment application made identifying and dividing when payment should be made easier.
