When was technology introduced, impacts and change. After it changed after the world war (useful to know) Web browsers spread like wild re in the early 1990"s, and continued spreading and expanding, until it became workable for the masses by 1995. The internet exists, because humans need to communicate in order to thrive. It has become a tool for many different aspects of our lives. In 1962 proposed a network of computers that could talk to each other. In 1969 the rst message was sent from one computer to another through arpanet (advanced research project agency). Message was sent from ucla and stanford > the only letters that made it through from the original message (login) was l-o. By the end of the year, four computers were connected to this network. In 1971, he was developing the rst system that would send mail back and forth between users of arpanet, and this would be known as electronic mail, or email.
