Please introduce yourself and give us a little background on you: your area of study/work and if there is anything specific you hope to get from this course. My name is raymund, i was born in the philippines and moved to canada when i was 10 years old. Various life events have led me to a path in healthcare, such as dealing with the death of a family member. Through these experiences led me to an interest in studying nursing. Registered practical nurse and pursuing my post-diploma rn bachelors science in nursing. I enrolled in a conflict resolution course as it was recommended to me and found the course to be interesting and relevant to my current practice. I hope to learn and expand my knowledge in terms of conflict resolution and applying it to my nursing practice. To create our guidelines for working together, we need to let each other know what"s important to us.
