Micro is an individualistic focus on you, and what you"re doing right or wrong. Macro or dialectal focuses on society to explain why our problems exist. Agency your ability to act on the environment in which you live in. Sexual orientation, ability or inability there is no such thing as just a man or woman. Race is a source of racial inequality. If you want to eliminate one type of inequality you have to eliminate the rest because they are all interrelated. The experiences of an individual embodies these three categories. Problems in third world countries are problems in the third world countries we have nothing to do with it. Both are socially embedded both are part of the social relationships made up of people government institutions that perform services. Ability to grasp interplay/intersection between individuals and society, biography and history, self and world.
