Damage by light: indirect effects it is due to the uv radiation that it is harmful to life (200-400nm) the atmosphere"s ozone protects life from uv-c the most damaging form. Inuit have dark skin, sun-poor place, but don"t have a deficiency because of their diet (fish high in vitamin d)
