1. explain how the study of law/jurisprudence can be compared to an iceberg
(relate it to this information down below please)
The top 1/3 is easily visible therefore you can easily see and explore it. (the court system, police agencies, and the general written laws, known by many of us)
The bottom 2/3 is not clear and it’s very difficult to see (as it is underwater) (the law origins, the economic and social factors affecting the law how the law changes, overtime, philosophies, etc.)
