Your system is going to ask the user to insert a number as the total amount of their payment and the output is going to be how many bills with what value and how many coins with what value they need to pay. It is preferred that the number of bills and coins be the minimum and this needs your clients to use larger bills and coins.

bill and one 20-dollar bill, instead of paying 6 20-dollar bills.
