Create a function that takes in an int array and its size. Return the average of the even numbers in the array.

Create a program that will allocate an array of quad integers and assign them some numbers. (Assembly Language and example below)

In your program, update the numbers to sequential numbers. (Load the address and save new data into the memory location) you can add to the memory base address or use relative addressing to move to different indexes in the array.

Write a series of statements that will add all the new data in the array into one sum.

Add a new variable to the data segment that will hold the average of these numbers.

Add a variable that will hold the remainder of any division. (modules)

Take the sum and divide it by the number of items in your array and save that answer in the variable you just added above.

Save the remainder of the division into the remainder variable, you added above.

(Needs to be done in Assembly Language in Linux 64 bit Ubuntu)

Example 1: Define a function that takes an argument. Call the function. Identify what code is the argument and what code is the parameter.

Example 2: Call your function from Example 1 three times with different kinds of arguments: a value, a variable, and an expression. Identify which kind of argument is which. 

Example 3: Create a function with a local variable. Show what happens when you try to use that variable outside the function. Explain the results.

Example 4: Create a function that takes an argument. Give the function parameter a unique name. Show what happens when you try to use that parameter name outside the function. Explain the results.

Example 5: Show what happens when a variable defined outside a function has the same name as a local variable inside a function. Explain what happens to the value of each variable as the program runs.
