Imagine that you have been tasked with writing a brief instructional leaflet to include in the packaging of a new iron. List the steps that a customer would take to press a garment. 3. Describe a time when you were on a team that functioned well. This can be a work team, a group for a school assignment, a sports team, or a volunteer group or committee. Briefly explain how the team members showed effective teamwork.

4. Think about your ideal team to work on a design project. What characteristics would you want team members to have so you could work together effectively? What can you do to develop those characteristics?

5. In your future design career, would you rather be an entrepreneur or an employee? Use what you have learned in this course to help you explain your choice.
