1. The European Union (EU) is a cooperative political and economic alliance of European nations that began to help limit restrictions on trade between the numerous countries. However, over the last decade the EU has taken a number of steps to create a unified "National" identification. Explain what programs and actions the EU has taken to help create this European culture.
