Using what you've learned in this week's lesson, compare and contrast traditional sports and eSports. Your response should use everything you've learned in the course so far to analyze how technology has an impact upon our perception of traditional activities. Your conclusion should answer the following questions: are eSports really sports? Why or why not? If you think that eSports are not sports, what, if anything, could be done to make them real sports?

Habit helps us conserve energy as we go through our daily lives, but it also blinds us to areas we could change. Make a list of five ways you can incorporate more physical activity into your life by changing a habit, such as walking instead of riding the bus, taking the stairs in a certain building instead of the elevator, and so on.
