WORKOUT- design your own workout plan for 2 consecutive days. This workout plan is for your benefit and therefore makes it enjoyable and individualized. Once you have designed your 2 day workout plan, choose one day and do the following: (10 marks)

Instructions on how to do your activities (10 marks)

Major muscles used for each exercise (10 marks)

 

The workout can be composed of bodyweight exercises, cardio days, yoga, sports training, circuit, tabata, etc.
