The most influential of the four presentation was kim anderson explaining that as teachers we all must take accountability for all of the children in the school. This stood out for me, beside in today"s world everyone seems to worry about their selves, and no longer does it take a village to raise a child. This was also important to me because i appreciate and thrive off feedback (not to be confused with validation). I enjoy working with others and collaborating and outside eyes helping me sometime i didn"t see that will help me make my aesthetic better. What i feel what works for me in the classroom is an accountable partner. accountability means having both the ability and the willingness to give an honest account of your thoughts, feelings, and behavior to someone else.
