This article talks about the new development of company culture due to the impact of. The old top to down strategy does not work because of the impact of covid. This strategy was when the human resources oversaw company culture. They would design a campaign to create an effective company culture. They implemented employee perks like free food in the break room and monthly birthday celebrations. Human resources would even do an employee survey to make sure the company was doing well. This would usually work, but covid change the enviroment of how employees would interact with each other and their management. Employees did not interact as much with each other and weren"t able to easily connect. Not only that, but company culture has grown to be more important than it used to be. There has been a big push for diversity, equity, and inclusion within companies, making company culture more important.
