BUSINESS MANAGEMENT Lecture : Apply_the_Management_Process
Document Summary
Apply the management process to persuade employees to work together to achieve the company"s common goals this is not a one-time event, but rather the ongoing development of complementary activities. Simply put, a management process is a well-defined system for establishing goals, planning actions, and controlling their execution. It denotes the collection of interconnected operations or features required to achieve the desired organizational objectives. Senior managers in an organization are in charge of carrying out that management process. This, however, does not apply to all management processes. For example, the project manager may be in charge of carrying out the project management process. Achieving predefined goals is an essential part of the management process. It is a means of achieving long-term objectives. There is no justification for an existing management process if it lacks a purpose. All activities in an organization"s management must have a purpose. Any organization"s leadership success is measured by the achievement of predefined goals.
