A form is three-dimensional. a form has height, width and depth. There are two kinds of shapes: geometric and organic. Organic shapes can also be called irregular, biomorphic, or free form. Contrast a combination of opposites: contrast is an element of distinct difference in an artwork, like black and white, soft and hard, regular and irregular.
