Skeletal abnormalities- bowed legs, and thick wrists and ankles. Soft bone- an adult disease comparable to rickets. Leads to decrease in bone density and bones become porous, weak, and break easily. Vitamin d is mainly received through animal source! High amount of vitamin d is bad.
