Allowed this light to pass through a prism that separated light by color. Allowed mapping out of light by wavelength (color) and intensity. Frequency on x-axis shows color of light. Intensity on y-axis shows how much light is at a certain frequency. Total intensity (integral of the curve) increases. The brightest color has a higher frequency. Substances glow red, orange, yellowand then white.
