One life style/behavioral change i would like to adopt to promote the betterment of your health is to eat more vegetables and fruits. Throughout the week i do consume fruits and veggies but not enough. I am come from a family who sometimes over cook or fry veggies in oil. By doing this, it kills the nutrients that the body need from the veggies. I only like to eats fruits like oranges, strawberries, bananas, and peaches. And because of that i have become more lazy and sometimes just skip eating fruits. I will try to reach my goal by following the smart format. Smart is an acronym that stands for specific. This acronym is used for achieving a goal and setting a goal. When setting a goal, a person must know exactly what they want to achieve, the goal shouldn"t be broad.
