Analyze the adaption of a visual narrative from one medium to another (tv show movie, etc. ) What was the story: simple, linear, mario the plumber through mushroom kingdom to save peach from bowser. Key differences in narrative: very different, using the title to make money, had a vision, three act story and dystopian society, last minute change to make more kid-friendly. Adaptation: more or less successful then original and why: merging this failure terrible adaptation, dystopian realism with kiddy cheesy lines. Intricate plot: online, pc or mac, big bang, start of mythical world titans who are god like to create order, fallen titan, notices universe pushes back against order, so releases chaos. Which medium did it first appear in and the adaptation form: video game movie. Key differences in narrative: game sends on quests, love interest or subplot added, but just one story line.
