If focused on these 20% it is a good place to start changes. Medical error is the third leading cause of death in the us. Us is one of two nations that allow advertising of pharmaceuticals. Have a built system around daring independence. The us trains world-class clinicians and equips them with cutting edge technology. But we are rewarding the wrong things bc excellence is not enough.
