Introduction to behavior change: behavior change is the key to success in almost all programs related to practicing a healthy lifestyle. Most hospitals/clinics do not have an exercise/nutrition program for survivors: 3rd observation. Most bc survivors still suffered from anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and were usually overweight or obese: 4th observation. Other studies had low participation or high drop-out rates: we developed a plan that took these factors into consideration. Why: behavior change an important consideration, social environment if someone in their immediate social environment participates with them tremendous increase in compliance. This negatively affected quality of life: scores on the depression scale were high, they were easily fatigued. Summary: subjects signi cantly improved, tness, quality of life and weight loss. They lost fat and gained muscle: they also reported signi cantly fewer joints affected by pain, especially in the hands and ngers, and had more energy and signi cant reduction in depression symptoms.
