Generally, a person with a mental disorder is extremely distressed or upset by it. Antisocial personality disorder consists of extremely selfish, unlawful behavior. In certain cases, such as antisocial personality disorder, an individual may not be distressed by their condition at all. Much disagreement exists about what constitutes a psychological disorder.
