The magic of maybe - maybe you will get a text or not, when you get a text you get excited, it releases as much dopamine as a strong, addictive drug (ex. cocaine) More depression that goes along with social media. Alcohol releases a lot of dopamine, social media doesn"t have an age limit. Gadgets interfere with medium to long term goals. We try to use social media to act perfect because we value others opinions, likes, and we want to also be perfect. Things are only made of value when compared to other things. Compare yourself to yourself, compare real to real, stop comparing yourself to others. If you can convince a class and that class can pass that information down to other classes.
