Governor of cuba is sending army to arrest cortes, and he ends up ghting the army and makes everyone that survives join him. Captured tenochtitlan with 2,000 spaniards and 50,000 native soldiers. Francisco pizarro given permission to found a trading post in the inca empire. The empire was ravaged by smallpox and in the midst of the civil war.
