The overall objective of this lab was to analyze circuits in hardwire in order to confirm ohm"s law. We experiment with dc circuits and provide theoretical feedback to further analyze ohm"s law. We begin the experiment by first constructing a simple resistive circuit in multisim. Next we construct the same circuit in hardwire and confirm the value of resistance obtained by both instances. After constructing both circuits we use the provided apparatus to measure the voltage and current through our hardwired circuit. We then construct series and parallel circuits in a multitude of hardwire arrangements and solve for unknown quantities. After experimenting with series and parallel circuits in hardwire we have confirmed ohm"s law. Using a dc power supply we have tested the values of our hardwired circuit and have obtain values that match those of our ohm"s law calculations.
