Hw assignment #2: one of the most compelling speakers i have ever encountered is a man named marc mero. He spoke during my freshman year of high school. He spoke about how to make yourself happy during hard times, how to avoid making destructive decisions, and how to make a difference in life. He gave this speech to all freshman in my class as an inspiration to help guide us throughout high school. What made him a strong speaker was how he connected to his audience. He gave examples of the mistakes he made throughout high school and college and the impact those had on his life. He encouraged us to not make the same mistakes he did and motivated us to be our happiest and the best we could be. Through him i learned that a bad mistake should not bring your entire life down. I learned how to get back up even when life pushed me down.
