Semen: fluid containing sperm: male & female: Heart rates reach maximum: resolution, body returns to resting state, reverses changes brought about by arousal, genitals resume to un-aroused size & shape, bp, breathing, & heart rate return to normal, females: Able to cycle back to orgasm phase. Then return to pre-stimulation state: males: Unable to have another orgasm & ejaculate.
