We should first know what is meant by a scientific controversy: it is the disconnection between the conclusions or hypothesis of a problem or theory between two scientists or groups of scientists. That means both the groups will have evidences and proofs to their hypothesis but the final answer will not be concluded and the arguments will be going on. These controversies don"t need to be extremely big topics only for scientist to understand they can be general topics also. Here for red wine some people say its good for health and some say its harmful. About the legalization , some people say its fine to use marijuana for medical and recreational purposes but some say it"s harmful to health. And about the examples 3 & 4 ; many scientists have many different theories and all of them have proofs. so, these are some examples of scientific controversies.
