Some teachers don"t know how to use or fix technology themselves. Have to keep technology up to date. Must be diligent and systematic inquiry into a subject in order to discover or revise facts, theories, etc. Theories: an integrated statement of principles that attempts to explain a phenomenon and make predictions. Action research: systematic observations or tests of methods conducted by teachers or schools to improve teaching and learning for their students. Subjects are active members of the research projects.
