A large number of children who have been displaced, have come on their own, they are unaccompanied. (unicef, 2018) Many spend a long amount of time in process centres, education has to stop and they are separated from family members. Some may travel alone and travel for a long duration of time, they have no level of education. Some children may be travelling because they have a family member in that intended country, who are educated to a secondary school level.
