Olli training feedback: there"s an app for it! . With a creative title, there"s an app for it! alex, sarah, jenny, connor, and bailey successfully caught the attention of everyone in the alumni center. The learning objective that was demonstrated and conveyed to the audience was gaining knowledge and necessary tools needed for using four different apps on smart phones, and/or computers. This provided the audience with useful knowledge and skill sets to properly download, apply for, navigate through, and utilize the apps. The trainers effectively demonstrated step-by-step instructions for accessing and using. The methods used by the trainers to convey their information more clearly to the audience, were: power point slides, hands on training activities, and handouts. I found their slides especially useful, as they had step-by-step photos to help you navigate through them more effectively. The olli trainers had many effective strategies in their training session. One of those positive strategies being equality among member"s roles and responsibilities.
