The olli training opportunity was an incredible experience. I learned many things about myself, how i learn in a group/team, and what it takes to succeed in a group/team. During my time spent with the olli training group, i was given helpful advice and tips from fellow group members, classmates, my professor, as well as the adults who attended and were audience members at the alumni center. Based on the feedback i received i found that there were many strengths my team and myself succeeded in, as well as aspects of our training that could have been improved upon. The organization of our training was guided and helpful in terms of its content(s). The program itself was an interesting blend of lecture and activities.
