Forgiving thoughts reduce the signs of physiological arousal and restore feelings of control. Emotion-focused coping concentrating on the emotions the problem has caused terms with it. Problem-focused coping concentrating on solving the problem itself. May not be able to get rid of the negative feelings. Find a way to relax muscles in small groups at a time because the body cannot be relaxed and anxious at the same time.
