income if they are eligible for Social Security

Qualify at age 65 if they qualify for Social Security or Railroad Retirement
Coverage starts month before 65.
Services Covered
Most major health care services are covered
Hospital stays
Physician visits
Preventive care, including annual screenings
Medical supplies, and other ancillary services
Prescription drugs (through private plans)
Skilled nursing home and skilled nursing visits at home both limited in
duration
Hospice
