Operating workers- do work affecting customer client satisfaction. Pursue action agendas & engage in networking. Interpersonal- how manager interacts with other people. Informational- how manager exchanges & processes info. Ex: being a hot head is a career-killer manage ourselves & relationships effectively. Conceptual- ability to think analytically & achieve integrative problem solving. Human- work well in cooperation with other persons; emotional intelligence-
