People with seizure disorder report more normal dissociative experiences. Severe childhood abuse/trauma: almost every patient reports of child abuse. Auto hypnotic model people who are suggestible may be able to use dissociation as a defense against extreme trauma. Treat, educate, and support the somatic symptom disorder. Symptom creation show patients that their concerns are ridiculous. Gate keeper physician it is a tendency for someone to visit numerous medical specialists to address the symptom of the week, therefore the gate keep tries to limit these visits by screening all physical complaints.
