I want to pass to get a job but real reason could be wants to be better then father. People will perform well when they will be rewarded. Applied in school- get a sticker when u get the right answer. The humanistic revolt- the 50"s and the 60"s. no we are human beings and we are separate from the rats they are studying. Freedom of choice and actualization of the self as determinate of behaviour.
