Involves struggle among different groups in society who want different things. It is concerned with conflict and disagreement rarely violent, if does become violent the instruments for decision making and reduce tensions are flawed and have failed. Politics involves resolving these conflicts looking for new ways/instruments to reduce conflicts. What is a concept: an idea or thought, is abstract, is often debated and may have many definitions key political science concepts, democracy justice .
