What can i measure to predict job performance? often use personality traits to predict (ex. intelligence, conscientiousness) Multiple regression we use r (more than one variable) 30% if the two variables are not correlated (they do not affect each other), then to total variance in performance explained by intelligence and work ethic is 30% (you can add them together)
