That is, deviance lies not just in the behaviour itself, but in the social responses of groups to behaviours by others. Other theories ask: why do people act in deviant ways? . Some of the reasons these moral entrepreneurs create this rule is for altruistic reasons - greater good mentality: then there are cases where they create the rules or labels for selfish reasons. In his mind, as soon as you establish a norm there"s an outsider. So it is a moral entrepreneurs by itself, and it"s a tool used by moral entrepreneurs. Whose perspectives are missing: not printing certain stories, denying the full story, denying freedom of speech, refusing to print information, censorship is always about the greater people.
