And at what point do these obligations arise: at what point does it have future value, prima facie, sentience, right respecting what happens in and to your body, women"s right to determine what happens in/to her body. Arguing for one of these makes the other less important. 1 & 2 are irrelevant to the morality of abortion. Either of these questions are viable as long as you have a respectable reason: moral status of the fetus. We shouldn"t have to wait for the answer to morality until this question gets answered. Virtue theory is the best way to attack these questions of irrelevancy. Whether or not moral view has to give some rational answer she says no. The right views do not have to answer metaphysical question hursthouse. Is this right: right respecting what happens in and to your body. You can still be vicious in your rights.
